Cancellation/ reschedule Policy - Cancellation or rescheduling can be completed up to 48 working hours prior to the appointment. Within 48 hours and full payment for the appointment will be required.
Did not attend - If you do not attend your appointment or provide less than 48hrs notice you will be required to pay at the full rate of time allocated.
Payment Payment is due via BACS within 30 days of invoice. Payment details included with automated and emailed invoice.
Non-Payment Non-payment by the date due as established in the invoice, shall be deemed a Breach of terms of payment. The client shall be responsible for any and all recovery costs and expenses, including but not limited to Legal fees and Court costs incurred by nortle, in conjunction with the collection of any monies due hereunder. All unpaid amounts due hereunder shall bear Interest at the Statutory Interest rate of 8% accruing daily, or the maximum allowed by law, and Late Payment Compensation.
Travel Time If travel is required outside of the Barnstaple area Travel time is charged at half of hourly rate plus mileage.
